ELENA GANETSIOU

Partner – Member of the Athens Bar Association


Elena Ganetsiou is a Partner at Boubaris Ganetsiou & Associates Law Firm, specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law. She advises Greek and international clients on corporate structuring, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and licensing, combining technical precision with a practical, business-oriented approach.


She has developed substantial experience in non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio matters, real estate transactions, and real estate portfolio management, regularly supporting complex projects through all stages of structuring, due diligence, and execution.


Her practice further includes the development of corporate governance, AML, and regulatory compliance frameworks, as well as advisory work before competent regulatory and administrative authorities.


She also advises cybersecurity service providers on the legal and regulatory dimensions of their business and has been certified by TÜV AUSTRIA as a Compliance Executive.


In parallel, she has a particular interest in financial innovation and technology-driven markets. GEORGE BOUBARIS

George Boubaris is a Partner at Boubaris Ganetsiou, with more than 25 years of experience in civil litigation, commercial law, contract law, and real estate law in Greece. He regularly handles high-value real estate transactions and complex corporate legal matters for Greek and international clients, combining deep legal expertise with a pragmatic and commercially driven mindset.


He has extensive experience in Greek real estate law and has been involved in hundreds of sophisticated real estate transactions across Greece, including property acquisitions, disposals, legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and the execution of complex real estate projects. His practice also includes investment migration work, with a particular focus on Golden Visa Greece applications and real estate-based residency investments, where he advises on structuring and completing qualifying transactions.


Alongside his transactional practice, George maintains an active litigation practice before Greek courts, representing clients in civil and commercial disputes, with a strong focus on real estate litigation and contract disputes, aiming for efficient and commercially effective outcomes.


In addition, he advises payment institutions and businesses operating in fintech, digital platforms, and other innovative sectors, with significant experience in drafting and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements, including marketplace structures, digital business models, and regulated financial services.


His practice bridges litigation and transactional advisory work, allowing him to provide comprehensive legal support across both advisory and dispute resolution contexts, with a strong emphasis on real estate, corporate transactions, and regulatory-sensitive industries in Greece.

OLGA NIKOLAIDOY

Attorney-at-Law – Member of the Athens Bar Association

Olga Nikolaidou is an Attorney-at-Law admitted before the Court of Appeal, holding an MSc degree and a Member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds a Law degree from the University of Nicosia in Cyprus and a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a specialization in Administrative Science.

She also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Piraeus in Banking and Financial Management, specializing in Banking Law, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Transformations.

She has been actively practicing law since 2019, with a primary focus on Civil, Commercial, and Corporate Law.

Her experience includes Real Estate Law matters such as title due diligence, property transactions, and residential and commercial lease agreements, as well as Property Law, Land Registry procedures, and Enforcement Proceedings. She also provides legal support in Family and Inheritance Law matters.

In addition, she has experience in Commercial and Corporate Law, including the drafting of commercial agreements, company incorporations, restructurings and transformations, as well as trademark registration and protection at both national and EU level.

MARIA VLACHAKI

Attorney-at-Law (Junior Associate) – Member of the Athens Bar Association

Maria Vlachaki is an Attorney-at-Law admitted before the Court of First Instance and a Member of the Athens Bar Association. She is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a Master’s degree from the interdisciplinary postgraduate programme “Law and Economics” of the University of Piraeus.

Since 2023, she has been actively engaged in litigation practice, providing legal services with consistency, responsibility, and strong academic grounding.

Her main areas of practice include Civil Law and Real Estate Law, with specialised expertise and experience in enforcement proceedings, handling cases of significant complexity and legal demands.
